open shapefile map in pocket pc HELP

is there an application in vb.net or .net compact framework in order for me to see shapefile map inside Pocket PC!cos i use shapefile viewer in Franson tools sample it can show the map but cant show the name of the cities cos it didnt support dbf file which is quite useless to me

You can try Vito Smartmap - it supports shape files, including multiple layers. Not too fast though.
