toshiba e750 repaired(NOT)!

hi mike if you see this! i have had my pda back to the toshiba repair centre who said that the service board had gone down so they fitted a new one and told me it was all ok. so i reinstalled my tom tom 3 software(wired) and thought this would be it! but when i went to gps settings still no com port 1,but it had changed slightly instead of just having com 2,3, ir,and usb it now has com 3,4,ir, and usb still no serial on com 1 but i have com 4,great! wot good is that? any ideas? this one seems to have everybody stumped. it would be nice to no if anybody has set up a tom tom 3 wired gps on this model that is ok. do anybody know if this could be a fault in the tom tom software? i feel like putting in the dustbin but av spent quite a bit of cash on it. thanks for any help received. reinstalling the gps driver try 2.06 for the downloads area
