A Little Help Regarding TomTom Navigator 5 On The Mio 168

Hello

I've recently purchased a mio 168 with tomtom navigator 5 software.
after installing everything i am having trouble getting a signal. I have set the baud rate correctly to 4800 and am using the correct port "sp2" i have the device set as Other NMEA Device. Im not sure whether you sre supposed to get a driver cd aswell in the box because i dident.

your setup sounds ok. One thing that may have happened is that the previous owner may have set the receiver to SiRF protocol. Would you know?

One other thing to try - some of the Mio's are using 9600 instead of 4800 - try this too.
