Hello
I am a Newbie and have an XDA1 loaded with TomTom 5. My problem is that my gps receiver has a usb connector, whereas my car kit has a PS2 plug, and I need a connecting adapter. I bought off E-bay an adapter that designed for keyboard/mouse connections, but it will not work my GPS. I have e-mailed a few dealers but none have replied. Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase a suitable adapter please. Thanks for your help.John

Try maplin.com/co.uk (not sure which) or Dabs.com
They are both good sites for finding the sort of cables and stuff you normally can't find in shops
Hope this helps

It will not work.
There is no such thing.
You need a serial GPS to go with XDA.

Hi
Many thanks to the two members who replied, especially PCmobile. I appreciate your advice and will now search for a suitable GPS receiver with serial plug. Thanks again. John
