Can a single bluetooth (Fortuna) send signals to 2 PDAs ?

Can a single bluetooth (Fortuna) send signals to 2 PDAs at the same time ? ( or PDA and laptop ?) so that 2 devices can be used at the same time.

or are the signals from the PDAs / laptop acknowledged before the next signal is sent ?
