Web Service Alternative to MS MapPoint?

I'm writing software that needs to convert longitude/atlitude into textual address and graphical map. I think MS MapPoint is useful but it simply too expensive.

I'm been looking for web service that works like MapPoint. Would there be anything alternatives???

Autodesk do one but it's also mega-bucks (probably a lot more than MapPoint).

Why not just link to Multimap, or have a look at Google Maps?

it is going to be a business project that wants to link to contract. They want guaranteed service rather than Google Maps or Multimap, although I think they are pretty good options too.
