| While downloading my product key from Navman,I get a box which says,'Activate software,checking internet connection,' and then nothing happens,as though it's stuck.Why? |

| Before anyone asks,my unlocked disk is in,the sd card is in the Navman,and the internet is connected. |

| Check your firewall settings, or turn off the firewall while you sort it out - don't forget to turn it back on again afterwards - Mike |

Right.Done that,and all it seems to have done is registered the map at Navman HQ.
The disk is still not installed on my 512 Sandisk sd card,and I'm off to France tomorrow.
HELP. |
