TomTom 5 USA Disgusted with TomTom Service

I ordered TT5 UK and USA upgrades on the 3rd June,

UK+Europe arrived after 3 weeks,

As of 1st August US still had not arrived, so I emailed them and pointed out the 5 week promise and that retail packages have been shipping for some time,

Email reply says,

5 Week period is now taken from when the Product shows captured (23rd June in this case) so it may still take 4 weeks to get my item,

I am really disgusted as they have had my money for weeks and seem to change the rules whenever it suits them!

Date error above, Date of Capture should read July 23rd and the 5 weeks is being taken from there!

I got my US/Canada maps and Palm upgrade almost a week ago.
