TT5 pocket pc 2003 probs with bt positioner.

Hi all
New to the forum and have probs with TT5. I have a Ipaq H4150 with Tomtom V5.0000 (4980) running gps driver v1.20 and pocket pc 2003 OS. I am using a Royaltek rbs1000 positioner but even though the Ipaq says that the signal is just right and recognises the Royaltek, the TT5 software doesn't seem to recognise that the unit is there. Do I need a patch or extra ppc drivers for the unit and where do I get em?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
