I'm up to 2 weeks now from order placement to my item still being in their warehouse. Is this normal or should I shoot them an e-mail? They say 5 weeks on their wesbite - I can't believe that!

If they say 5 weeks why expect it earlier? allow 5 weeks and be happy if you do get it sooner |

OK, I'm going to stick my neck out here, I know there's a few people who really don't like it and a few who have technical issues, but for me, I think it is good, I actually find a lot of the user interface much easier to use on the go that TT3 now that you select everything from icons rather than combinations of pressing and holding the screen to get pop up menus, then trying to select one of those entries with the tip of my nail whilst going over a couple of bumps in the road, frequently ended up with the wrong menu selected. Now even though there are more menus to work your way through at least you get the one you want first time. I'm certainly used to the revised menu layout now.
I upgraded mid June and have been running it constantly since then. Other than the issue with 7 digit postcode, requiring the directory creation fix. It has performed flawlessly.
I have an iPAQ h2210 with a TomTom wired GPS.
My main driver for the upgrade was the inclusion of the detailed European maps which are to be used on a forthcomg trip to France, but wanted to be certain that the upgrade was stable and reliable and have used it at every opportunity to make certain and have been happy with the results.
There are certainly bits that I'd like them to improve, being able to view routes when pre-planning itinery without a GPS connected being one of them, but overall for me it has been a good experience.
Hope this helps

Mine was delivered about two weeks ago after a three week wait.
Like the previous respondent I am happy with the upgrade and the improvements outweigh a few minor niggles. It would be great to be able to save routes generated by the otherwise very good 'Advanced Planning' feature - but as I generally only plan a route when that journey is the next one I am making, this is not a major issue for me. |

Finally got confirmation it was in the post this afternoon. I can't believe it takes so long to re-order supplies from the CD / packaging manufacturer. Hay-ho _________________ HP iPAQ 2410
