Haicom 303E

Hi all, I need your help.
I've a Siemens SX45 (similar to Casio E125) + HI303 + Tom Tom 1,2 and everything was working fine since 1 month ago when the Haicom light decided not to blink (probably after a complete discharge of batteries) ng. I changed the HI303 E with a new one, I reset several time PDA but it doesn,t work (the light is non blinking).
Probably there's conflict on the ports and I'm lost on Hai test and Tom Tom Gps status (I set for CF and if I check later I found Serial cable on COM1).
Thank you for everything you all would do for me (and sorry for my scholar english).
P.S: the Haicom is connected to the PDA via CF
