Unable to delete favorites or save favorites

PDA HP iPAQ rx3700, TT5Navigator software v5.1

Hi, this is my first post on this forum, bit of a newbie, can anyone help with my problem.
Since updating my camera poi from tt website i am unable to save any favorites or delete previously saved favorites, they are deleted or saved while navigator is running but if i shut down navigator after a journey and then restart it goes back to as it was previously .
I have checked to see that any associated files are read only, all seem to be checked archive, but i have not been able to find a file associated with favorites.
any help with the above with a step by step solution is appreciated

Sorry guys, all is well, SD card was locked
