please please can you help i have a medion pocket pc with a royaltek rgm3000 gps module and i am running tomtom navigator 4.44

my problem is that tomtom is not recognising my gps module it says no valid gps device . the gps drivers say they are v1.20

if i use tomtom gps 3.07 test program it then recognises my module and finds the satelites

but when i go back into the main tomtom programe and to version it is still v1.20 and the same thing no device

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!! Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

if its bluetooth then other bt gps and play with the com ports im sorry but i dont know it of the medion

if its wired then other wired gps baud rate 4800usually on com one
make sure recive all in coming beams in unchecked in the connections menu
start>connection>connections>beam uncheck then ok

i see what you are saying but it seems it is a gps driver problem where it is just not supporting the gps module .. the com port is correct
but i just cant find out how or if i can update the main tomtom gps drivers its self from v1.20 to ... i have emailed tomtom but they just don seem to want to reply
