I read that the Navman 6 series loses it's routing when it powers down, OK that's less of a problem with the battery backup on the 510, but for multi-day trips with a bunch of POI's and VIAs entered that sounds like a drag.
Am I wrong? Can I plan a route and save it? |

My 635 doesn't lose the route when it powers down, though I haven't checked for how long it does keep the route. _________________ Tim |

That review is V1 software, nearly 2 years old. |

True, but I never saw any positive confirmation in the V2 & V3 reviews that it had changed. Plus updated software won't help you if the plug is pulled ;)
Good to know for sure, thanks. |
