Dell Axim X5 / Globalsat BC-307 / Tomtom 5 - HELP!

I've not had much luck with GPS on this thing so far.

I've decided to ditch the Ambicom bluetooth card and bluetooth receiver (FAC BT-30) method as it was a royal pain in the backside and took forever to get going.

So, I've gone for Tomtom 5, and I have bought a Globalsat BC-307 CF receiver.

I can get Tomtom 5 to work fine, I can get the Globalsat receiver working fine - can I get the two to talk to each other though - no!!

The baud rate etc is set fine etc... I just can't get the two to talk. Someone suggested to just leave it and it will talk eventually - and then be OK from then on in. Is this correct.

Any tips for installing??

Never mind, I figured it out.

A tip, don't run GPSinfo and then Tomtom. Ignore GPSinfo and just run the card from within Tomtom.
