tt3 to tt5 favourites transfer is it possible

i have recently upgraded from tt3 to tt5 and did a clean install. i had saved favourites in different maps ie gb,france etc is it possible to transfer these favourites from my old sd card maps to the new tt5 maps and if so how?

you can try copying and renaming the CFG file from the old map folder to the new one. But we haven't tried that yet - storing your addresses as favourites is not such a good idea anyhow, better use a custom POI group.

tried that and it did'nt work old maps used a bfl file and new use cfg any more ideas?
