Hi all,
I use navigon 4.2 on a Transonic. I changed one of the skin pictures and saved as menu background but, I didn't realise it was the wrong bit format.
The screen went blank and, try as I may it stayed blank. Had no choice to do a hard reset
Installed the software as normal and when it asked me that previous settings had been found I opt to keep them. Same problem the screen stayed blank. Hard reset again and reinstall, this time I chose no to the previous setting. A screen comes up saying that its removing Programs, after 10 minutes I can see the navigon Home screen, then I get messages that my memory is too low and to adjust it in windows. Thereafter, it basically get into a loop and everything comes to a halt for the luck of memory.
Does anyone has any idea how to delete the flie/s that olds the previous settings data so I could do a "as new" installation?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Take the battery out for a while and see if that does it. _________________ IPAQ 3950 Tomtom 6 with Navman 3450 sleeve v6 USA & Canada & Western Europe maps, 2gb Sandisk sd card, POIWarner V2.0.

Thanks for the advice, I have send an email to navigon UK, hopefuly they might have a solution to it. Installed Destinator V5.1.79 with no probs, its ok but personally I prefer Navigon.
