Activating European Maps

I recently bought the HP rz1710 TT3 package deal but I can't get the continental European maps activated. The UK map had a product code with it which I registered on the web site and I can use OK but there was no code for any of the other maps. Does anyone know how I get these activated so I can use them and also, are they main roads only or can I navigate by postcode on them as I do n the UK maps?

I have the TT3 European maps, which came in a pack of 9 CDs. Stuck inside the pack is a 15 digit product code. You need to send this to www.ttcode.com to get your activation code. After that you can load or reload maps to your memory cards as many times as you like without reactivating. If you don't have the original pack that the CDs came in, you will have to contact your vendor

Thanks for the advice but the problem is I didn't get the product code in the box with the CD's.
Do you know how I can get hold of Tom Tom to get a code ?

I doubt if TomTom will be able to help, because your vendor may have removed the Product code for his own use. Your only recourse is to go back to the vendor and insist on being issued with the code, and hope it hasn't already been used twice
