belfast citymap from tomtom

I have just purchased and activated the belfast citymap frrom tt. I can't see any difference in detail when swapping from great britain to the specific belfast map. Have I just wasted 7quid?
They asked me if I had a great britain map on my tt go classic before they sold it me so what's the deal?
I only have major roads for my home town of Bangor NI..even with the dedicated Belfast City map selected?

Appreciate any thoughts/help
anyone had any joy getting refund from tt....did I hear you laugh!

Ireland has always had very very poor map data, i dont know if there is any major difference's. Or if its only if you want the option to get cities on their own.
