Map Error

Hi. All
As you can see from my signature I own two GPS units.
My question is.
I travel on the M49 from the M4 down to the M5. Opposite the chemical works I am driving in fields on the RHS going down & exactly the same on the way back, on both units. I understand the 10m rule, but this error is more than 10 meters. Which leads me to believe that it is a mapping error. (This road is not a new one).
Also can someone tell Tele Atlas that the M5 dose not start at junction 28 north bound, but at J31 south of Exeter.
