Scancom - excellent service

Not stictly GPS (though they sell them) but I got an MDA Compact in early May from these guys.

It lost charge in the backup battery several times over the last month and reset itself, despite the main battery being fully charged.

Rang them up, 30 second conversation, sent it back and got a new one by return of post. 2 days from call to delivery of replacement (excluding the weekend).

No quibbling at all - even though I had scratched my original and there was no way it could have been resold.
