Navman iCN650 - Multilingual?

Hi,
I'm in Germany and I'm thinking of buying the Navman iCN650 here, however, I can't speak German and therefore I'm concerned the menu and instructions will be in German. Will it be possible to change the language of the menu and spoken instructions to English?

I need full euro coverage. Does anyone have an opinion on which is best out of these two, Navman iCN650 or TomTom Go 700? It seems to me the TomTom has more features but the Navman is more practical (smaller) for putting unit in trouser pocket when you reach destination. TomTom too big for this.

Any advise appreciated.
