TomTom say
"Full detailed UK and NL postcode navigation: select your destination by postcode."
This to me means the full post codes but if I enter mine I can only enter XX11 1 and not xx11 1xx so not so full detail then! Or am I doing it wrong!
In fact is this any better the TTN3?
Also have you notice they only offer the CD only as a upgrade! I think they are trying to sell more of their own GPSs.
The application is like a kiosk app in that you can only run TTN5. so you cannot jump out check your appointments and go back to TTN without exiting TTN and then reloading it after!
It takes up so much resource it drops some of the GPS output causing loss of position even though the GPS still has a lock!
it less configurable then TTN3, infact why I have i upgraded, oh the Maps are more up to date!
Some developers say their apps don’t work as SDK3 doesn’t but SDK5 isn’t out! Go to TTN5 product page and they list SDK3 on the page for TTN5, how miss leading is that?
I’m sure it said you use it as a BT hands free, how do you do that then?
In summary it’s a good job they didn’t just offer a map upgrade or they would not have sold TTN5
Basically they force their TT Go kiosk on you! |

You might be, if you are simply trying to navigate to an address and trying to enter the full postcode, then yes you are doing it wrong, you need to navigate to postcode to see the full postcodes, it's on the second screen after you have clicked navigate. _________________ Garmin Streetpilot i3,

Yes I try that but i.e. navigate to – postcode then type a full postcode eg RG30 4BB but you can only enter RG30 4
Not the full detail! |

Yep thats it just create an empty folder call tomtom in the root of the SD card and wow it works!
