3970 Socket bluetooth. 2.05. The London map is fine but when I try to use the GB map on my sandisk 128mb SD card it shows the wrong location and is unusable. I have used Storage Tools on the card to Format/defrag and reloaded all to no avail. Any ideas? |

Are you trying to run the Socket Bluetooth in SiRF mode ? If so, this may be the problem.
Which driver in TomTom Navigator 2 are you using ? |

One sure way would be to select one of the NMEA drivers, I think I've used NMEA 4800 before on whichever COM port you have assigned to the Bluetooth stack and this should hopefully fix the problem if you were using SiRF previously.
I use the GB map all the time, and I've found most locations to be fairly accurate. What areas in particular have you been looking at which are not accurage ? |
