Anyone used one of these with GPS (TT3). They seem to get such fabulous reviews and I was considering one as a replacement for my sick 2210.

Is the screen that good, especially using GPS?

Does the plastic flap over the sacreen cause trouble when sitting in it's cradle in the car.

Thanks,

Andy

You need to remove the cover before entering into the gps cradle, but its very easy to clip off and on again.

I have had a few problems with the unit reseting to factory settings when connected to the gps cradle.

Thanks for that. How is the screen size compared to the "usual" PDA's?

Thanks,

Andy

It's the same size, but much better definition.

I have used a 4700 for 9 months with tt3 and its great, the screen res is no different for tt3 than other pdas but its certainly clear, the big plus is with the OS maps what a difference great bit of kit though - I have typed this response on the 4700 in my local pub via wifi connection for free - seriously recommend the 4700 - great product - mike
