Newbie needs help

I recently bought a Medion PNA 100,being a complete novice I would need someone to kindly instruct me as to how to drag a folder in my storage card so that it can appear as a short-cut in the Start/Programme menu. Just so I can access it much more quickly.Thanks.

in Pocket File explorer, locate the folder, tap and hold on it, tap Copy

then navigate to the \windows\start Menu folder and in the menu say Edit > Paste shortcut
