cf gps and storage

heres my question, I have a jornada 568 that has a 128mb cf storage card
if i install say a holux 270u it replaces the cf storage, do these cf gps units have storage memory also? or am i stuck with just the internal 64?

Some do yes, you need to look at the specs of the CF GPS.
