I notice all of them with the exception of the speed cameras are Tom Tom only. Any idea when they will start to be converted for use with Pocket PC?

Thanks

Dont quite understand what your asking here, as all can be used with other Navigation programs, however This link will take you to the POI converter page. Have a look and try it yourself.

Quote from the POI page....

Article by Dave Burrows

This Points Of Interest page contains a list of POI's from all over the world. Currently these are available in TomTom Navigator (OV2) format, but will be made available in other formats in months to come to include AutoRoute and CoPilot Live.

Which SatNav application are you using?

BTW, there is a TomTom Navigator for the Pocket PC. Thumbs Up

Ah, a fellow traveller. Smile As Parky said, you can use Oldie's POIConverter to convert from .ov2 to .csv format, then strip or REM out the header line using Notepad and you too will be able to use all those other POI files.

As a Navman user I'm disappointed that the files aren't already available in Navman format but as a realist, theis would at least double the amount of space required to host the files and it's not too hard to convert them, after all.

For some Navman-ready POIs, click my WWW button.
