Hi I have just purchased a receiver and am having problems setting it up with TT3. I was told by seller to set the receiver settings in TT to CF-generic and TT navigator gps, but then I cannot click to activate the receiver. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I have shut everything down, restarted the PDA restarted the TT and then restarted the GPS. Done the same in reverse, still no tick. Got these settings in place TT navigator GPS and CF-GENERIC still no tick. What am I doing wrong? what is meant software reset because is the above not that?
