Can anybody assist? I just aquired a Qtek so need a y-cable to mate the pda & gprs mouse, and power via the cig lighter. problem is I can only see one site that sells them, but the lead alone is £30. Seems a bit steep.
Then I intend to buy another Brodit mount (that enables you to use the cable from above, holder f. cable connection) but there are three different models (846612 / 847612 / 845612). I assume this is to accomodate different pda connection head sizes, but again cannot seem to find anyone who will sell any of them.
Advice appreciated....
BTW:- QTek9090 is same as xdaiis I think... (blue angel) |

What (make) GPS mouse do you have?
Generally you have to get the cable from the GPS manufacturer or their dealers.
Different PDAs have different shapes and sizes naturally the mounts are different.
If you are talking just cable, XDA1, 2 and 3 are compatible. _________________ Pc-Mobile

Sorry, it's a tomtom mouse (ie leadtek9532), connector looks a little like a rj11. Thing is I cannot seem to find anybody who sells the cable.
Once i have the cable I then want to buy whichever mount (as list above) that will work with the cable head type. |

I am quite sure many of the Tom Tom dealers have the cable, or the car mount. _________________ Pc-Mobile
