Well Ain't it typical of Tomtom Support.

If you want something from them most of the time they don't even bother to answer your email's, but, if they are trying to get money from you they bombard you with email.

Case in point is, i was about to purchase Tomtom Traffic (real time traffic updates) when i realised i could try it for free for a month so i canceled my order so that I could try it for free. I now keep getting email's telling me my order was unsuccessful.

If only they would put as much effort into replying when I contact them with a problem which I have on several occasions.

CONCLUSION, Tomtom Support S U C K S
