please help--tomtom mobile prob

Hi all, i have recently bought a nokia 6600 with tomtom mobile 4.43. and a bt-77 gps receiver, everything is working fine but i can only get an italian voice for directions, when i try to change the voice it just says (only one voice available) poi's are spoken in english, would really appreciate any help.

ask the vendor tho provide you with the complete set of voices (the chk/vif file pairs) or download the voices from the TomTom site.
