French equivalent to OS ?

What would be the french equivalent to OS maps eg with walks and sites on them as opposed to road maps. Also are they avaliable digitally please ?

Try the Institut Geographique National or "IGN".
Their web site is of course in French, so if that's an issue just Google for them to see other distributors. I've not used their products yet myself.
