Tomtom Traffic

I have a second hand TTM setup on my E200. What I hadn't appreciated was that Traffic was a separate, paid-for monthly application.

Now, I don't have all the documentation for TTM that I might have had it been BNIB. Sooo, what do I need to do to get Traffic? (I have downloaded the Traffic update.)
