no sat signal what's wrong?

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could advise me.
I've recently purchased a holux cr100 for my palm t3 which until recently has worked perfectly. The problem is that the t3 will not log on to a sat signal, it just sits there, i've carried out a soft and a hard reset but there's still no signal. The holux orange light is flashing so i am presuming its a palm software problem? The sd card is the original one supplied by tom tom and the only alteration i have made is the speed cam database, which was also working perfectly.

Any advice would be appreciated.
