Can ayone help suddenly my computer will not sync with my mio I get the message ' USBdevice not recognised' but It did connect when I logged on to the internet recently ,but has not done so again[/b]

Try putting ActiveSynch back on your PC again. I got that once but only as I had managed to remove AS by accident.

Thanks but have done this twice this also happened 6 months ago
and I HAD TO SEND IT BACK TO bELGIUM
pOSSIBLY WILL HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN

Try turning your firewall off. This worked for me.
