com port used by i.Trek SD GPS can't be found

the com port used by i.Trek SD GPS Receiver (Xtrac V2.01) can't be found in my pad.

i've installed the driver and GPS info test program that came with the CD.
the blinking LED showed that GPS position was fixed

GPS info shows:
COM1: IrDA
COM2: Serial
COM3: IrCOMM
COM9: USB

but no GPS port:
COM7:MANF-05010-CARDI...
was found!

my pda's operating system is ppc2003se, and it has a SDIO port and works well with SD store card. but i don't know if it adopts the "Bsquare SDIO NOW!".
because the manufacturer/vender of my pda can't provide any tech support, so i don't know whether it's SDIO is compatible with the "Bsquare SDIO NOW!".

what can i do? please help me.

Dear customer,

Thanks for your inquiry.

We are regretted to inform you that our IP3230 is unable to support the
802.11B SD I/O wireless card regarding the nature of the slot itself is for
storage only. Unless we perform an firmware upgrade to the nature of the SD
slot to a SD I/O one, we are unable to change such specification at this
moment.
