RBT-3000 PPC2003

When I try to install the software for the RBT-3000 onto Pocket PC2003 (XDAII) I get the following error 'Install GPS serial Port Driver failure, please try to reset PDA device and reinstall again' I try reseting device but no luck.

I've also tried creating a 'bonded connection' via Bluetooth, but when I put in the password it always says it is incorrect. I know the password is correct as I use it when connecting from the PC.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I haven't tried it on my XDAII but will get the software out and give it a go. I'll report back

Received a post from RoyalTek saying to use '0000' (zeros) as the password to make a connection from XDA to RBT-3000. I did this and it worked.

Still unable to install serial driver, have emailed RoyalTek again asking for a solution.
