Hi,
I've got Ipaq 5550 with TT3 and download the software. Downloading the software was no problem but after reading the installation instructions was given 3 options 1)CheckPOInt instructions 2)GPS Assist or 3)POI Warner.
Was just wondering which one I should follow or which you recommend or do I need all 3?
Thanks

All you need is to install CheckPOInt V2.0.2.0. Then if you read this :-

It will explain how to set it up and where all the files need to go. _________________ Graham.

I installed CheckPOInt because it's the free one
Quite good, although for me, the voice warnings are not loud enough and there is no visual alert as in a flash kinda warning. You see the camera as a POI but there is no eye catching alert. _________________ Dell Axim X30 624

CheckPOInt as you say is free, to get more options and visual alerts you would need to be using something like GPSAssist, unfortunately the extras come at a price and you need to pay for a registration key to use GPSAssist beyond it's initial 40 free uses. _________________ Graham.

What about the bloody great big bar which goes up the right hand side of the screen and the writing that appears on the top of the screen with a white background. Seems pretty obvious to me :P |
