Using tt3, checkpoint on hp 2210 for last 8month no problem, now it has started locking out when having to replan a journey if a incorrect turn is taken. no respose from screen or buttons I have to do a soft restart to get up and running. Is this a software problem and a hard reset and full install or a problem with the pda |

Are you using a Bluetooth GPS and maps on SD card? How many Custom POI groups do you have, any added recently? _________________ Darren Griffin |

It sounds more like a software issue. Personally I'd bite the bullet and go for a hard reset and re-install but before you do it might be worth just uninstalling and re-installing TomTom.
Another thing to try would be a format of your storage card (back up first of course!)
So try the following:
1. Format and re-load storage card.
2. Uninstall and re-install TomTom
3. If all else fails, hard reset and re-install. _________________ Darren Griffin |
