I'm now using TTGo-V5 software and I've got the latest speed camera POI's. When using TTG on a pre programmed route (eg, going to one of my favorites) I get the audible warning of the up and coming camera. If I just have the unit switched on, with no pre-planned route running, should I still get the audible warnings at the appropriate time?
In the "Manage POI"/"Warn when near POI" location I can see my camera type and one of the options: "Warn only if POI is on route?" has the box ticked. But does that phrase refere to a pre-programmed route or will the unit still alert me with no specific route designated!
Does that make sense, or should I keep taking the pills! (or even stop!)

untick where it says "warn if poi is on route" that way you will hear the warning in any mode,, ie: route or non planned route |

It would be nice if it was possible to have a "silent" route displayed and hear only POI warnings. |
