Ordered a PDA with Sat Nav bundle on 28th March because the website said it was in stock and promised 1-3 days for delivery. When it hadn't arrived 8 days later I telephoned and was told they were waiting for a part and that it would be sent out on Wednesday or Thursday.
Still not received the dispatch email.

I think it is very poor not to advise customers of delays to their orders as being kept in the dark causes bad feeling. Also from now on there will be no one around to receive it when it arrives so I will no doubt end up chasing around to actually receive it.

Wish I had gone elsewhere.

ive used total pda a couple of times and theyve been fine each time i was kept uptodate by email with etas of delivery times it maybe that they havent got the part from the supplier yet

I am pleased you had a good experience. I purchased from them because of reading comments here - they generally get excellent reviews from folks but that just added to my disappointment with the service. I was expecting their usual top notch service and didn't get it. All I wanted was keeping up to date.

Having said that I emailed them just after posting yesterday and asked to cancel the order, which they have, however they didn't ask why which surprised me a little. Clearly they read this board and matched the post to the email!
