Speed cameras showing up on map but not in demo

The speed cameras (from pocketgps database) have all been installed correctly and checkpoint is up and running etc..

Using tomtom 3 and checkpoint 2..

Speed cameras show up fine on the map (all of them) but when i demo a route (start demonstration) some do not show up (and voice commands do not play).

The ones that dont show up are mainly at the start of the journey in 30mph zones, further down the route similar cameras are fine and voice commands play as expected. WHY?? going nuts trying everything!
