tomtom uninstall

I need to reload tomtom 3 but when I put the disc in my drive it does not ask for any product coeds. Can I clear all details of tomtom from pc and handheld and start again?

Not sure why you want to do this but have a look in the \My documents folder on the Pocket PC and remove the AXS file

Have tried that and when I try reloading tomtom goes into setup mode and pop up screens shows piece of paper flying between two folders and that's all it does left it over night and still no joy. Reason for doing it battery went flat on haandheld and programme lost so need to reload it.

Have now sorted problem and fully reloaded :D
