There is a new database (100,000+ new codes added) v1.3 and many new features in the new version of the postcode program itself. All free of course for existing users of the postcode tool.

I don't know but a quick visit to the website provided in the link says it integrates with TT Navigator, which would make the answer no. As far as I'm aware, Navman haven't provided any SDK tools to allow third parties to hook into their software.
