Maps from SD to CF

Is there a easy way to change my maps from the current SD card to my new larger CF card. Or it just easier to do a full reinstall of TT?

Obviously I can copy the files on the cards easy enough, but what about the files on the ipaq it's self that tell it were the maps are stored?

Don't think it matters, I have maps on a SD card, and I use different CF cards for maps of Europe etc. It always seems to recognise that the maps are there e.g. "switch maps". If I was you, I would just try copying to my hard disk and then to the other card.
