Right, after one week’s ownership of the Ipaq, I’m beginning to loose patience.
Can someone please explain how to configure my Globalsat BT-308 with my Ipaq? I’ve tried several methods, but with no luck at all.
After a full hard reset, I load TomTom3, load the updated 3.07version with updated BT driver, and then run the hx4700 patch/fix ….
What next???
I can receive gps information with my hard wired car set-up from Globalsat, using the setting TomTom Navigator GPS, Serial Cable on Com1. This works fine.
I just cannot, after trying several different configurations, get the damn thing to connect to the BT-308.
If someone has managed to achieve this set-up, please, please could you share this information, with a hold-my-hand, step by step explanation of exactly what to do, and in what order.
I would be eternally grateful, because at the moment I wishing I’d never upgraded from my trust Ipaq 2210.
Thank you |
