I am new user to the world of GPS, and I have to say I am very impressed. I have one problem at the moment when I am trying to load the Europe Basemap on to my 610 using smartstart V3 the icn screen goes white about halfway through the transfer effectively crashing, I have to manually close the program down after the prog not responding message, I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem
