V3 on ICN630

Guess you guys will know the answer to this,

I have a mate who has V3 for his ICN510 can I use this software in my ICN630, even if its only long enought to decide it its worth upgrading.

No, I'm afraid not. You would need to register the App and maps on Navman's server and it would see that those keys have already been used once. Can you not borrow your friend's 510 for a week or so?
