Leadtek 9532 or Haicom Hi204s

wich is the better choise??
i'm going to use it with tomtom 3
but i don't know wich one is better.]
the Haicom Hi204s is cheaper but maby the Leadtek 9532 is better.
i don't want to buy a worthless piece of .

please give me some advise
